Johann is again listed in the 1880 census living with his parents who are still in Grafton, Henry (listed here as Peter) and Mary. I don’t know where John was since 1860, as you saw in the 1870 Census post. I have no idea if he was married and now no is longer married due to a death or an abandonment, etc. Maybe he went off to work somewhere. Hopefully this site will help me find that.
